How Crystal Works

Supportive, grounded, and active.

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing and growth can happen at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are.

Common Reasons Couples Reach Out

  • The same argument keeps coming back
  • Feeling more like roommates than partners
  • Rebuilding trust after a hurt
  • Big changes, like a move, a new baby, an empty nest or retirement
  • Different needs around time, money, family or closeness

How Couples Sessions Work

Both partners join the session by secure telehealth from a private space in Arizona or Oregon. Early sessions focus on understanding your history, what is working and the pattern that keeps pulling you apart. Later sessions slow real conversations down so each person can say what they actually feel and need, and be heard.

Crystal keeps a steady hand when things get heated. The goal is not to decide who is right, but to help you both find a way back toward each other.

Before You Book

Couples work goes best when both people are willing to take part. If only one of you is ready, individual therapy can be a good place to start, and the free consultation is a chance to talk through which option fits your situation. Couple sessions are $250 after a $300 intake.

Couples at Every Stage

Couples come to therapy at every stage: dating seriously, newly married, raising children, facing an empty nest or long into retirement. The pattern that needs attention looks different at each stage, but the work is the same at heart: understanding each other and learning to repair.

Going Deeper

When Both Partners Want to Do the Work

Couples therapy goes best when both partners are willing to make change happen. Crystal sees couples at many stages, including couples who have been married for decades and still find themselves in the same arguments.

Sessions may draw from the Gottman method and emotionally focused therapy to slow down recurring conflict and help each person be heard. A free consultation comes first. The couple intake is $300, and couple sessions after that are $250.
