The Mission
Helping others find methods that help change happen in their lives.
“My mission is to help people find methods that help them become the person they want to be, to have the ability to have the life they want.”
Crystal’s work may integrate evidence-informed and relational approaches based on each person’s needs and goals.
What Working With Crystal Looks Like
Every new client starts with a free consultation of about 15 minutes. Crystal asks who you are and what you want help with, so she can make sure it is something she works with, and she shares how she works and what she asks of clients. If it feels like a good fit, an intake follows, where she makes sure she understands what you are coming for and sets the goals for treatment.
After that, sessions are usually weekly for the first 6 to 8 weeks, so she can really get to know you. Then they can spread out to every 2, 3 or 4 weeks, and never less than once a month. When things are going well, the question is not only whether you feel good, but where there is still room to grow.
Who Crystal Works With
- Adults working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma or intense emotions
- Couples who both want to make change happen, including couples married for decades
- Families who want to communicate and move through challenges together
- Teens growing into grounded young adults
- People who want Life Improvement coaching rather than therapy
