Request a Consultation
A simple first step.
The online form will open when the site launches. Please avoid including highly sensitive health information.
What to Include in Your Note
- Whether you are looking for individual, couple, family or teen therapy, or coaching
- A sentence or two about what is bringing you in
- That you are located in Arizona or Oregon
- Any questions you want answered during the consultation
What the Free Consultation Covers
The consultation lasts about 15 minutes. Crystal asks who you are and what you want help with, so she can make sure it is something she works with, and tells you how she works and what she asks of clients. You can ask about rates, telehealth, how often sessions happen and anything else on your mind. There is no obligation to continue.
How Sessions Are Held
Sessions are offered by secure telehealth to people located in Arizona or Oregon, so you can meet from home or any private space in either state. Rates are listed on the Fees page, and out-of-network superbills are provided on request.
Who Can Reach Out
Adults can reach out for themselves, for a couple or for their family. Parents can reach out on behalf of a teen. If you are not sure whether therapy or Life Improvement coaching is the better fit, say so in your note and it can be talked through during the consultation.
If You Need Help Right Now
The contact form is not monitored around the clock and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 at any time. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.
What Happens Next
Once the form opens, send a short note about what you are looking for. The first step is a free consultation of about 15 minutes, where Crystal asks who you are and what you would like help with, and you can ask about rates, telehealth and how she works.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
