A Supportive Space

Start with what is happening now.

Crystal’s training includes EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. Work may also draw from somatic, IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches based on your needs.

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing and growth can happen at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to meet you where you are.

How Trauma Can Show Up

  • Memories or images that come back without warning
  • Nightmares or trouble sleeping
  • Feeling on guard, jumpy or unable to relax
  • Avoiding people, places or topics that remind you of what happened
  • Feeling numb, disconnected or far away
  • Strong reactions that seem bigger than the moment

What Trauma-Informed Therapy Means

Trauma-informed care puts your safety and choice first. You decide what to share and when, and you never have to describe details you are not ready to talk about. Early sessions focus on building trust and learning ways to steady yourself when memories or feelings get strong.

Later, if it fits your goals, the work can include approaches like EMDR that are designed to help painful memories feel less charged. That decision is made together and never rushed.

Starting Out

A free consultation of about 15 minutes lets you ask questions before you commit to anything. After an intake, individual sessions are $200. If memories ever feel overwhelming between sessions, call or text 988 for support, or call 911 in an emergency.

You Stay in Control

At any point you can slow down, pause or change direction. Nothing is done to you. Trauma work is something you and Crystal do together, and your sense of safety guides every step.

Going Deeper

Safety Before Anything Else

Trauma work moves at your pace. Safety, trust and coping skills come first, and memory work only begins when you are ready. You stay in control of what you share and when.

Depending on your needs, sessions may draw from EMDR, somatic approaches and IFS parts work. Sessions are held by secure telehealth, so you can do this work from a space that already feels familiar.
